You can easily reserve a spot online through our secure booking system or the TruckTuck app. Just select your preferred location and parking category (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), complete payment, and you’ll receive instant gate access instructions.

Yes. All TruckTuck locations are accessible 24/7 with secure gate code entry.

We accommodate semi-trucks, box trucks, flatbeds, reefers, dump trucks, and other commercial vehicles.

Yes, we offer flexible options including daily, weekly, and overnight truck parking.

Parking is first-come, first-served. You may choose any available spot upon arrival.

Payments & Billing

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and ACH transfers via our Stripe-secured system. Fleet card support (EFS, Comdata, WEX, TCH) is coming soon.

To extend your stay, simply return to the booking link and make a new payment before your current reservation expires. You can also extend anytime through the TruckTuck app.

Yes, you will receive a digital receipt instantly via email after completing your booking.

Your account will be marked overdue and gate access may be suspended.

Payments must be made according to your billing cycle to maintain access.

You must update your payment method immediately to avoid service interruption.

Yes. Accounts unpaid for more than three days are charged a $25 late fee. Gate access is suspended while payment is overdue and restores automatically after payment.

Yes. All customers have 24/7 access to the facility using their secure gate code.

Yes. We welcome box trucks, sprinter vans, cargo vans, and other commercial vehicles.

Yes. We allow drop trailer parking, as long as the reservation is current and the unit is clearly labeled.

Rules & Safety

Violating our cleanliness or safety rules may result in fees or towing. We ask all customers to use provided bins and keep the area clean.

Immediately call our office or local authorities. Safety is our top priority, and we encourage all visitors to stay alert.

We ask drivers to limit excessive engine idling, especially overnight, to reduce noise and emissions.

Yes, sleeping in your vehicle is allowed for active reservations, provided you follow quiet hours and safety guidelines.

TruckTruk Jacksonville – Facility Use & Onsite Guidelines

Yes, parking is first-come, first-served. You may park in any open space unless otherwise marked or assigned for monthly customers or fleet use.

No, the lot is accessible 24/7. You can arrive at any time during your active reservation period using your unique gate access code.

No check-in is required. Once your booking is complete, your digital access code and instructions are sent to your email, and you are good to go.

Check your confirmation email first. If you still can’t find it, call us at (904) 835-1980 and we’ll resend it right away.

Yes. Some spaces are marked for monthly lease holders or fleet accounts. Please do not park in reserved spots unless they are assigned to you.

Not at this time. We are working on improving on-site amenities, but currently there are no public restrooms available.

No self-service washing, oil changes, or mechanical work is permitted. Minor repairs may be arranged through the TruckTuck app or approved partners. The vacuum and air pump stations are available for basic use.

EFS & Payment-Related FAQs

Yes! TruckTuck accepts EFS fleet cards for quick and secure parking payments. Just follow the instructions on our EFS payment page and input your reservation information.

Visit our EFS payment portal and complete the form with your name, invoice number, and payment amount. After submitting, you wll receive a confirmation and your gate access code.

Yes. All payments through our platform are encrypted and securely processed, whether you are using EFS, Comdata, or other methods.

Our facility is just minutes from I-95, offering quick and easy access for long-haul drivers, local deliveries, and pass-through traffic. It’s ideal for stopping before or after entering the Jacksonville area.

From I-95, take Exit 354A (Martin Luther King Jr Pkwy W), then take US-1 N to W 30th St. The lot is located at 2463 W 30th St, Jacksonville, FL. GPS and Google Maps will take you directly to the gate.

Yes. There are fuel stations, food options, and supply stores located within a few miles of our Jacksonville lot. We are strategically positioned for convenience and safety.

Absolutely. Many drivers use TruckTuck Jacksonville as a safe overnight staging location before continuing toward Orlando, Miami, or the Georgia state line.

Parking Space Agreement FAQs

The Parking Space Agreement is a lease between the customer (Tenant) and RoadSide Retreat LLC (Landlord) that outlines the rules, terms, and conditions for using TruckTuck parking spaces.

You can park trucks, cabs, passenger equipment, tractors, and trailers up to 72 feet long—or two smaller trucks (up to 36 feet each) in the same space. One personal car may also be parked in a designated area.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless you have a reserved or monthly spot. Please choose any open space not marked for monthly lease customers.

No. Subletting or transferring your lease or spot to another party without written consent from TruckTuck is strictly prohibited..

You are responsible for any damage caused by your vehicle or actions while using the facility. TruckTuck reserves the right to bill you for repair or replacement costs.

Yes. Tenants must carry comprehensive general liability and property insurance for any vehicles or equipment stored at the facility. TruckTuck does not provide insurance coverage for your property.

No standard deposit is currently required for daily or short-term parking. However, damages or violations may result in charges or penalties as outlined in the agreement.

No. Storing or transporting hazardous or flammable materials on the property is strictly prohibited and could lead to termination of your lease or towing.

Yes. A $25 late fee per parking position is charged if monthly rent is not paid on time..

Overstaying beyond your paid time may result in towing, late fees, or holdover charges at 200% of the normal daily rate.

TruckTuck may relocate your parking space with a 24-hour notice if necessary due to property maintenance or operational needs.

You may use our vacuum and air stations, free Wi-Fi, and benefit from 24/7 monitored surveillance. Please use all amenities responsibly.

Self-service mechanical repairs, maintenance, or oil changes are not allowed on-site. Minor repairs may be arranged through the TruckTuck app or approved repair partners. Basic services like air and vacuum use are permitted.

Yes. By signing the agreement, you consent to license plate checks, camera recording, and site monitoring for security and operational purposes.

Yes, internet is available for business-related purposes. Illegal or prohibited online activity will result in access being revoked.

TruckTuck reserves the right to terminate your lease and repossess the space without notice in the event of violation or non-payment.

Parking is for short-term stops (daily/weekly), while storage is meant for longer-term, inactive truck or trailer parking (weekly/monthly or longer).

Yes. We allow drop trailer storage, provided the trailer is properly registered and secured. Make sure your reservation matches your equipment.

Yes. You must provide proof of active insurance coverage for any equipment or vehicles stored at the facility.

Gate Code & Access

Your gate code is emailed automatically right after payment is completed, to the email address entered at checkout.

Yes. Your current gate code is shown in the TruckTuck app. Monthly gate codes change each billing cycle, so always use the code currently displayed there.

Your gate code expires automatically when your reservation expires or your account becomes inactive.

Your gate code will stop working and access to the yard will be denied.

No. Gate codes are non-transferable and tied to your reservation and vehicle.

The customer who receives the gate code is responsible for anyone entering the yard using that code.

You need an active reservation and a valid gate code. Every entry is verified with license plate recognition matched against an active reservation. Following another truck through the gate is prohibited.

The most common reasons: the reservation expired, a payment is overdue, a new monthly gate code was issued at renewal, the wrong code was entered, the booking was made through a third-party platform, or it is a company or fleet reservation where the company holds the code.

Extend it by completing a new payment. A new gate code is emailed automatically right after payment.

Monthly gate codes change when a new billing cycle begins. First confirm your payment is current — gate access is suspended automatically while payment is overdue and restores right after payment. Then check the current code inside the TruckTuck app. If it still doesn’t work, contact support.

Reservations & Overstays

Additional charges will apply and access may be restricted.

Pricing is available on the website and may vary by location and duration (daily, weekly, monthly).

Yes. Pricing may change at any time based on location and availability.

Parking Rules & Enforcement

Yes. All vehicles must park in designated spots based on their size.

Your vehicle may be towed and fees will apply.

Your vehicle may be removed and penalties may apply.

No. Vehicles parked without an active reservation may be towed.

A recovery fee may be charged to remove the vehicle from the yard.

Towing & Fees

Your truck may be towed if: • Payment is overdue • There is no active reservation • It is parked incorrectly • It is blocking other vehicles

All towing and recovery costs are the driver’s responsibility.

After 3 days overdue, your vehicle may be subject to removal. After 5 days, final notice procedures begin.

TruckTuck App Features & Access

With the TruckTuck app you can: • Book parking • Extend reservations • Open/close the gate (supported locations) • View cameras (if included in your plan) • Manage your account and vehicles

No. All customers receive a basic package. Camera access may require an upgrade.

Camera footage is stored for up to 2 years.

Yes. Requests may be subject to a fee.

Log out of the app, tap Forgot Password, reset the password using SMS, and log back in.

Camera access is part of your plan — not every package includes it. If your plan includes cameras and they aren’t showing, common reasons are: an overdue payment, the app needs a password reset, or a temporary technical issue. Camera access uses the email associated with the reservation.

Partner Bookings

You may need to access your reservation and gate code through the partner portal.

No. Customers who book through partner platforms may not have access to the TruckTuck app or cameras.

The company receives the gate code and distributes it to its drivers. Contact your dispatcher or fleet manager.

Security & Liability

Yes. All locations are gated, monitored with cameras, and well-lit.

No. Customers are fully responsible for their vehicles, cargo, and equipment.

You must contact the other party involved. TruckTuck is not responsible.

Yes, subject to availability and applicable fees.

Yard Rules

No. Trash or debris will result in cleaning fees.

Minor repairs may be allowed but must be scheduled through the app or approved partners.
